Appointments
Sessions are available weekdays and select weekends.
Office hours start at 2:30 p.m. with the last appointment at 8:30 p.m.
Sessions are currently being conducted via video telehealth using Zoom. Other HIPAA compliant platforms can also be used.
Session Fees
Regular sessions (60 minutes) - $250
Smoking Cessation Package - $500
Your first smoking cessation appointment is a regular session, then if you decide to continue, you get three sessions for the price of two.

Payment by credit card, Paypal, Venmo
PLEASE NOTE: After a date and time for your first appointment has been agreed upon, it must be secured in advance by payment in full (see below).
Insurance
I am not in-network with any insurance companies. If you have out-of-network coverage, I can give you receipts for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement according to your policy.
Cancellation Policy
PSYCHOTHERAPY: 48 hours is required for cancellations. Clients are responsible for the full fee for missed sessions or those cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
HYPNOTHERAPY: Once a hypnotherapy appointment is confirmed it cannot be cancelled and fee will not be refunded.
